My research practice sits at the intersection of macroeconomics, labor markets, and environmental policy, applying econometric, geospatial, and structural analysis to questions of inequality, climate risk, and sustainable development. I've worked across government, academic, and international institutions, translating complex data into policy-relevant findings for audiences from Capitol Hill to the United Nations.
Years of community-centered work at KIPP DC and The Sadie Collective, leading large-scale programming, partnerships, and data-driven initiatives to expand access to education and economic opportunity.
My nonprofit career spans education equity, economic access, and data-driven community development; managing large-scale programs, institutional partnerships, and frontline teams across Washington, DC and beyond. I've led initiatives from strategy through execution, consistently translating data into action and building systems with staying power.
Founder & Executive Director of The Brown Moon Project, advancing global climate policy analysis for Black, Brown, and Indigenous women, with a particular focus on the Global South.
As Founder and Executive Director of The Brown Moon Project, I built a research-driven nonprofit from the ground up, developing policy infrastructure, leading research teams, producing a two-season podcast, and coordinating community programs that center the lived experiences of Black, Brown, and Indigenous women in the design and critique of global climate policy.
